RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members ofthe Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to Forrest Dix II in honor of his 70^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 15^th Ward, Alderman Raymond Lopez would like to extend his personal tribute to Forrest Dix II on the occasion ofthis momentous occasion as recognition for being a stellar Resident ofthe City of Chicago; and,

WHEREAS, Forrest Dix II has been a member of our 15^th Ward Seniors community for the last five years, a constituency we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and Members of the Chicago City Council, gathered here this 27th of June 2018 A.D., do hereby congratulate Forrest Dix II on the occasion of his birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to Forrest Dix II for his continued good health, happiness and success following this, his 70^th Birthday; and,
