BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 24-A in the area bounded by
A line 135.60 feet south of the south line of East 99th Street; South Ewing Avenue; a line 185.60 feet south ofthe south line of East 99th Street; a line commencing at a point 77.88 feet west of the west line of South Ewing Avenue and 185.60 feet south of the south line of East 99th Street traveling northwesterly to a point 121.50 feet west of the west line of South Ewing Avenue and 142.85 feet south ofthe south line of East 99th Street; a line 121.50 feet west ofthe west line of South Ewing Avenue
to those of a C2-1 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
