BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.     That all buildings owned and/or operated by the City of Chicago, the Chicago Public Building Commission, the Chicago Public Schools and the Chicago Public Library be equipped with an automated external defibrillator and its location be posted in promonent places throughout said facility.
