ORDERED, That the Director of the City Department of Revenue issue, free of
charge, the following licenses and/or permits to participants in St. Pascal's Church Carnival,
at 3935 N. Melvina Avenue, to be held for the period beginning June 15th, and ending
June 19th 2011, on North Melvina Avenue from West Irving Park Road to the first alleys
north and south thereof and on North Moody Avenue to the first alley north of Irving Park
Road thereof: Times: Wed. & Thur. 6:00pm - 10:00pm
Fri. 6:00pm - 11:00pm Sat. 1:00pm- 11:00pm Sun. 1:00pm - 9:00pm
