ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for STONEWATER ONE NORTH STATE FUNDING LLC on 12/12/2012, and printed upon page 44243 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Said Loading Dock(s) at E. Holden Court measure(s):

One (1) at thirty (30) feet in length, and twenty (20) feet in width for a total of six hundred (600) square feet.

the sum of fifteen thousand five hundred four ($15,504.00) per annum in advance."

and inserting in their place the words

"Existing Loading Docks along North Holden Court measure:

Twenty (20) feet in length and ten (10) feet in width. Nineteen (19) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width.

the sum of eight thousand six hundred five ($8,605.00) per annum in advance."
