ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby rescinded as residential parking zone, for the following locations:

That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 3rd Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

• 5600 to 5698 S. Princeton (even side of the street) (Zone 1604)
• 5603 to 5699 S. Princeton (odd side of the street) (Zone 1604)

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance rescinds the aforementioned boundaries located within Residential Permit Parking Zone 1604.
