RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Raymond J. Ulrich to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Raymond J. Ulrich Sr. passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 11, 2020, 9 days after his 57th birthday. Raymond is lovingly survived by his life partner, Theresa and their son Ray Jr. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, William and Virginia and his brother William. Raymond was loved by his many friends and co-workers and will be remembered for his loud personality and his uncanny ability to tell unbelievably true stories. He was truly one of a kind. Raymond shared his love ofthe outdoors with his son and Theresa on their many fishing trips to Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, Raymond J. Ulrich leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this twenty-second day of July, 2020, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Raymond J. Ulrich and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of Raymond J. Ulrich.
