BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council prohibiting parking of vehicles at all times on portions of designated streets, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following:

 

"South Laflin Avenue                     No. 9436-38

Permit No. 94504

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.

Dear Alderman Howard Brookins Jr.,

 

It was a pleasure talking and working with your 21st ward office staff.

 

Please remove the disabled parking signs located at 9436-38 South Laflin, Chicago, IL 60620. Ms. Barbara Murphy a tenant at our property on 9438 S. Laflin asked and was "not" granted permission to submit an Application for Disabled Parking Signs.

 

Neither myself nor my wife were aware that the city had installed Disabled Parking Signs at our rental property on 9436-38 S. Laflin.

 

Again, please remove the Disabled Parking Signs, permit number 94504.
