PHYSICAL BARRIER AND ALLEY ACCESS

Be It Ordained by the City Council o f Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Devon Investment Partners LLC of 7240 West Devon Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for the premise address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
