CONGRATULATIONS EXTENDED TO MR. AND MRS. GEORGE AND JUDY TOFT ON THEIR FIFTIETH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

WHEREAS, This year marks the fiftieth anniversary of Mr. And Mrs. George and Judy Toft; and

WHEREAS, This City Council has been informed of this special occasion by The Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman of the 39^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, George and Judy were united in matrimony on May 9, 1964; and

WHEREAS, George and Judy were blessed with a loving family during their fifty years of marital bliss; and

WHEREAS, Family and friends were brought together by the Toft children at the Toft home, on May 10, 2014, in order to celebrate this milestone in the lives of George and Judy Toft; now, therefore,

Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and the members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this twenty-eighth day of May, 2014 do hereby congratulate Mr. and Mrs. George and Judy Toft on their fiftieth wedding anniversary and extend our best wishes for continuing success; and
