Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed December 1, 2015 C.J.P. 101878

RECOMMENDED TO READ:

AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED 1/21/2015 C.J.P. 101878 Which reads North Halsted Street (west side) from a point 200 feet south of West Addition Street to a point 90 feet south thereof— 15 minute standing zone—use flashing lights—6:30 A.M to 9:00 P.M. Monday through Friday (14-01783312)

By Striking 15 Minute Standing Zone—use flashing lights—6:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

AND Inserting in lieu thereof: Day Care Loading Zone - 6:30 A.M to 9:30 P.M.
