ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-J in the area bound by:

North Monticello Avenue; a line 55 feet north of and parallel to West Wabansia Avenue; the alley next west of and parallel to North Monticello Avenue; and a line 25 feet north of and parallel to West Wabansia Avenue,

to those of a RS-1, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
