BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for JAM 'N HONEY on 03/18/2015, and printed upon page 104501 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be eleven (11) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width, area #2 shall be fifty-nine (59) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width for a total of four hundred ninety (490) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along Webster, Sheffield. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Sunday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Compensation: $600.00 SEATING CAPACITY: 56 "
and inserting in their place the words "Said sidewalk cafe area #1 shall be twenty (20) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width, area #2 shall be sixty-seven point five (67.5) feet in length and seven (7) feet in width for a total of six hundred twelve point five (612.5) square feet and shall allow six (6) feet of clear space from the face of the curb/building line along Webster, Sheffield. The compensation for said space and the days and hours of operation for the sidewalk cafe shall be as follows:
Sunday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Compensation: $673.75 SEATING CAPACITY: 56"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
