ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Water Management, the Director of Business Affairs and Licensing, the Director of Revenue and the City Comptroller are hereby authorized and directed to cancel warrant for collection for metered account number 440249-440249 charged to Mt Carmel Baptist Church for water and sewer services at the premises located at 2978 S. Wabash Ave., Chicago, Illinois.
