RESOLUTION

WHEREAS; we, the members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, wish to extend our most warmest wishes to Oquay Virghes on her 96th Birthday Celebration; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 16^lh Ward, Alderman Stephanie D. Coleman would like to encourage Oquay Virghes to expect the best, let love rule, embrace the day, and celebrate another year; and,

WHEREAS, Oquay Virghes has continued to be an abundance of wisdom, and we value all the gems and treasure you have bestowed here in the 16^th Ward; and

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered this 26^th day of May 2021; do hereby celebrate Oquay Virghes's 96th birthday; and
