SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 18-D in an area bound by:



A line 50 feet south of and parallel to East 71st Street; South Greenwood Avenue; a line 75 feet south of and parallel to East 71st Street; the alley next west of and parallel to South Greenwood Avenue.
