RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members ofthe Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to Maria Teresa Perez in honor of her 70^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, on behalfof the entire 15^th Ward, Alderman Raymond Lopez would like to extend his personal tribute to Maria Teresa Perez on the occasion of this momentous occasion as recognition for being a stellar Resident ofthe City of Chicago; and,

WHEREAS, Maria Teresa Perez has been a member of our 15^th Ward Seniors community for the last five years, a constituency we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and Members of the Chicago City Council, gathered here this 27th of January, 2021 A.D., do hereby congratulate Maria Teresa Perez on the occasion of her birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to Maria Teresa Perez for her continued good health, happiness and success following this, her 70^th Birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Maria Teresa Perez in honor of her 70^th Birthday as a token of our esteem and good wishes.
