RESOLUTION ,
WHEREAS, Edward Carl Bansley has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman ofthe 1 hh Ward; and
WHEREAS; Edward Carl Bansley. was the beloved husband of Rhonda (nee Lill); the loving father of Edward Adam (Fiancee Pepper Hagan) Bansley, Nicole (Timothy) Kurek, Markus (Nakiah) Lill, Marisa Torres (Fiancee Tyler Holmes), and the late Mark Andrew Bansley; ' ■ beloved-VPapa" to Brylan, Marck, Markcllc, Aubrcella, Logan.Caleb, Maverick, and Makayla. Ed is the beloved son of Jill and the late Edward J. Bansley; brother to Jeaninc (Riy) Bobcr, Robert (Paula) Bansley, Susan Rizzotti, and Dawn Wilson; beloved son-in-law ofTcrry Lill; brother-in-law to Jessica Garcia, Barbara (Charles) Evans, and the late Joseph C, Lill; Jr.;unclc to many nieces and nephews; and Papa;to; many foster babies (Friends of Ours); and .

WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Edward to his family1
members, friends and all who knew him, and'enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor arid members ofthe City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this seventeenth of November 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Edward Carl Bansley and extend to liisfamily and friends our deepest sympathy; and:
