ORDINANCE
NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Acct. No. 85392 - 6 Permit No. 1137058

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to NORTHWESTERN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, thirty (30) Light Pole(s) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 221 E. Huron St
Said Light Pole(s) at E. Erie measure(s):
Three (3) at two (2) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of six (6) square feet. Said Light Pole(s) at N. St Clair measure(s):
Three (3) at two (2) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of six (6) square feet. Said Light Pole(s) at N. St Clair measure(s):
Seven (7) at two (2) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of fourteen (14) square feet. Said Light Pole(s) at E. Erie measure(s):
Eleven (11) at one (1) foot in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of twenty-two (22) square feet. Said Light Pole(s) at N. Fairbanks Ct measure(s):
Three (3) at two (2) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of six (6) square feet. Said Light Pole(s) at E. Huron measure(s):
Three (3) at two (2) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of six (6) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Streets and Sanitation (Bureau of Electricity) and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
