SECTION 1. Amend 02018-3566 which reads, No Stopping No Standing Tow Zone, East side of North Franklin Street, beginning just north of West Ontario Street, extending north until the alley:, be and the same is hereby amended by striking the following:

No Stopping No Standing Tow Zone, East side of North Franklin Street, beginning just north of West Ontario Street, extending north until the alley and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

No Stopping No Standing Tow Zone, East side of North Franklin Street, between West Ontario Street and West Erie Street

(Omitted text is not affected by this ordinance)
