ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Sections 2 and 3 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language as new subsections 4-60-022(34.21) through 4-60-022(34.39), as follows:
4-60-022 Restrictions On Additional Licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises within the following areas:

On Halsted Street, from 113th Street to 115th Street.
On Halsted Street, from 117th Place to 118th Place.
On Halsted Street, from 118th Place to 120th Street.
On Halsted Street, from 120th Street to 122nd Street.
On Halsted Street, from 122nd Street to 123rd Street thence on the east side only of Halsted Street, from 123rd Street to 124th Street.
On the east side only of Halsted Street, from 124th Street to 126th Street.
On the east side only of Halsted Street, from 126th Street to 127th Street thence on both sides of Halsted Street, from 127th Street to Vermont Street.
On Halsted Street, from Vermont Street to the southern City Limit.
On 115th Street, from Halsted Street to Union Avenue (north side of 1151 Street).
On 115th Street, from Union Avenue (north side of 115th Street) to Wallace Street.
On 115th Street, from Wallace Street to Normal Avenue.
On 115th Street, from Normal Avenue to Stewart Avenue.
On 115th Street, from Stewart Avenue to Princeton Avenue.
On 115th Street, from Princeton Avenue to Wentworth Avenue.
On 115th Street, from Wentworth Avenue to Perry Avenue.
On 115th Street, from Perry Avenue to State Street.
