RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Virginia Barber has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to her eternal

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Aldcmian ofthe I Ith Ward; and
WHEREAS, Virginia Barber. Devoted daughter ofthe late Anthony and Amelia Barber; beloved
sister ofthe late Joseph Barber, l-'rank "Skinny" (the late Arlene) Barber, and Lucy (the late /
Joseph) Ciaccio; fond aunt of Joanne Ciaccio, Diane (Mickey) Ilalloran and Mary Ann (Ray)
Casa. Virginia "Ginny" is fondly remembered by her great nieces and nephews and great great
niece and nephew; and " ,-. .. \
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Virginia to her family
members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will
never forget; now, therefore 'y-/ .
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this twenty sixth of May 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Virginia Barber, and; extend to.her family and friends burdecpest sympathy; and
