ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acer. No. 4365 - 1 Permit No. 1141456

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for INTER CAPITAL REALTY CORPORATION on 07/24/2019, and printed upon page 5676 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Ten (10) at point eight three (.83) feet in length, one (1) foot in width and nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (0) feet above grade level."

Five (5) at point eight three (.83) feet in length, one (1) foot in width and nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (0) feet above grade level."

and inserting in their place the words

"Ten (10) at point eight three (.83) feet in length and one (1) foot in width. Existing light fixtures are imbedded in sidewalk.

Five (5) at point eight three (.83) feet in length and one (1) foot in width. Existing light fixtures are imbedded in sidewalk."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
