CONGRA TULA TIONS EXTENDED TO JOYCE WEST ON HER RETIREMENT FROM
ALBANY BANK & TRUST COMPANY
WHEREAS, Joyce West has retired as Executive Administrative Assistant from Albany Bank. & Trust Co. on June 30, 2017; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has been informed of this special occasion by Alderman Margaret Laurino, 39lh Ward; and
WHEREAS, Joyce began her career at Albany Bank & Trust Company on September 28, 1976 and for more than 40 years, has successfully served the banking needs of all clients. Her dedication and high quality service has earned her the respect and appreciation of countless clients and her colleagues; and
WHEREAS, Joyce's ability to communicate and develop relationships with community leaders and elected officials contributed greatly to her success. She has consistently represented the highest level of professionalism with her exemplary service, her tenaciousness, and her attention to detail will certainly be missed; now, therefore,
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this twenty sixth day of July, 2017, do hereby express our gratitude and heartiest congratulations to Joyce West as she retires and we extend our very best wishes for continued happiness; and
