ORDINANCE

1313-23 West Morse Avenue

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 1313 Morse Ave. LLC, c/o Tawani Enterprises, Inc., 104 S. Michigan Ave., Ste 500, Chicago, IL 60603, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 1313-23 West Morse Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
