CITY COUNCIL MEETING 2/9/2011

ORDERED, that the Directors of the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer

Protection, Department of Revenue, and Commissioners of the Department of Transportation

and the Department of Construction and Permits of the City of Chicago, are hereby

authorized and directed to waive the Food Vendor, Tent Permit, Mechanical Ride, and

Itinerant Merchant fees for all the participants in the Lane Tech Century Foundation,

Memorial Day Carnival to be held May 27 to 30, 2011 .
