Such sign(s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of TITLE 17 ofthe Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions ofthe Municipal Code ofthe CITY OF CHICAGO governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor sign, signboards and structures. Furthermore, sign shall at all times remain as an on-premises (business identifier) sign and shall not be comprised of Digital or LED Technology. Any change(s) from an on-premises sign to an off-premises shall invalidate this ordinance.
