RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Flcanorc J. Bilandie has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age
of 99 to her eternal reward; and f ■ - . C
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passingby the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Aldcmian of thc l 1th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Ejcanore J. Bilandie, Her parents were Croatian immigrants, Minnie & Mate Bilandie. Her late Uncle, Rev. Bonaventure Bilandie, was a Croatian Franciscan Friar. Siblings are the late Honorable Michael A. Bilandie (Heather, Michael), The late Steve J. Bilandie. and Nicholas A. Bilandie (Janet): and -'V*.
-WHEREAS, Elearipre attended St. Jerome Croatian Grade School and Visitation High School, and then graduated from DcPaul University, rcccivcd.a Bachelor then Master in Education^ < Degree and became a career teacher in the Chicago Public School System; arid
, WHEREAS; Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Eleariore to her family '
members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will
never'forget; now. therefore - . . .:• *
BE; IT RESOLVED, That w e, me: Mayor arid members of the;City Council of the Ci ty^pf Chicago gathered here this twenty sixth of May 2021, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Elcanore j. Bilandie and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and ;'
