ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B1-3, Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-K in the area bound by:

the alley next north of and parallel West Madison Street; a line 50 west of and parallel to North Pulaski Avenue; West Madison Street; and a line 150 feet west of and parallel to North Pulaski Avenue,

to those of a POS-2, Parks and Open Space District.
