ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the RM 4.5 Residential Multi-Unit Districts symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-H in the area bounded by:
the public alley next north of West 18th Place; a line 98.26 feet west of South Hoyne Avenue; West 18th Place; and a line 74.26 feet west of South Hoyne Avenue
to those of a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

2018 West 18th Place TYPE I REGULATIONS
The subject property consists of 2,976 square feet and is currently improved with a four-story building with four residential dwelling units, with three parking spaces and no loading berth. The Applicant proposes to rezone the property from an RM 4.5 Residential Multi-Unit Districts to a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District in order to add a fifth residential dwelling unit within the existing building for a total of five residential dwelling units, three automobile parking spaces and no loading berth. The height of the proposed building will be 55 feet 2 inches.
