BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the below listed residents are hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises as listed:
