ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for 830 N. MICHIGAN AVE. on 01/13/2010, and printed upon page 82082 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"Eleven (11) Bay Windows

Eleven at fourteen point nine (14.9) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of three hundred twenty-seven point eight (327.80 square feet.

The sum of two thousand six hundred two ($2,602.00) per annum in advance."

and inserting in their place the words

"Six (6) Bay Windows

Six (6) at fourteen point nine (14.9) feet in length and two (2) feet in width.

The sum of one thousand three hundred one ($1,301.00) per annum in advance."
