Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to OLD IRVING PARK LTD, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 3949-65 W. Irving Park Rd
Said Awning(s) at W. IRVING PK measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-seven (27) feet in length, and one point six (1.6) foot in width for a total of forty-three point two (43.2) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at W. IRVING PK measure(s):
One (1) at twenty point six (20.6) feet in length, and one point six (1.6) foot in width for a total of thirty-two point nine six (32.96) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at W. IRVING PK measure(s):
One (1) at eighteen point seven (18.7) feet in length, and one point six (1.6) foot in width for a total of twenty-nine point nine two (29.92) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at W. IRVING PK measure(s):
One (1) at seventeen point four (17.4) feet in length, and one point six (1.6) foot in width for a total of twenty-seven point eight four (27.84) square feet.

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
