BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Per Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 4441 W. Diversey LLC/Dollar Tree Stores, INC. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress into 4441 W. Diversey Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
