BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1: Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the B3-3 Community Shopping District indications and the Ml-1 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park. District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-L in the area bounded by

West Ainslie Street; North Milwaukee Avenue; West Veterans Place; North Lipps Avenue; southeasterly right of way Chicago Northwestern Railway (Santa Fe)

to those of a B3-5 Community Shopping District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area described.

SECTION 2: Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the B3-5 Community Shopping District indications symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-L in the area bounded by

West Ainslie Street; North Milwaukee Avenue; West Veterans Place; North Lipps Avenue; southeasterly right of way Chicago Northwestern Railway (Santa Fe)

to those of a Planned Development, subject to the use and bulk regulations set forth in the Plan of Development attached hereto and made a part hereof.
