BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the Bl-2, Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-H in the area bounded by:
A line 264.00 feet northwest of North Paulina Street as measured along the northeasterly line of North Milwaukee Avenue; the public alley next northeast of North Milwaukee Avenue and parallel thereto; and a line 216.00 feet northwest of North Paulina Street as measured along the northeasterly line of North Milwaukee Avenue; and North Milwaukee Avenue
to those of a Bl-2, Neighborhood Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

Narrative: The subject property contains 4,800 square feet and currently consists of a two-story mixed use building with commercial space on the ground floor and two residential dwelling units on the second floor and no parking. The current zoning for the property is Bl-2, Neighborhood Shopping District. The property's zoning district will remain at Bl-2, Neighborhood Shopping District but pursuant to the Transit Served Location provisions of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, the Applicant proposes to convert the existing two residential dwelling units into four residential dwelling units on the second floor with no parking.
