ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by adding the Pedestrian Retail Street designation symbols and indications from that segment of the North Lincoln Avenue right-of-way on Map Number 11-H in the area between,
the center-line of West Montrose Avenue on the northwest and the south-line of West Pensacola Avenue and said line extended to where it intersects with the southwesterly-line of North Lincoln Avenue on the southeast.
SECTION 2. Section 17-3-0503-D-2 of Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by deleting the stricken language and inserting the underscored language, as follows:
17-3-0503-D [Pedestrian Streets and Pedestrian Retail Streets.]
