BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for DUNKIN DONUTS on 04/19/2017, and printed upon page 47818 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "area #1 shall be three point two five (3.25) feet in length; area #2 shall be six point five (6.5) feet in length and six point five (6.5) feet in width; total of sixty-three point thirty eight (63.38) square feet; seating capacity 6" and inserting in their place the words "area #1 shall be thirteen point two five (13.25) feet in length; total of eighty-six point thirteen (86.13) square feet; total capacity 4."

 

 

Section 2:
