ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District and RS2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-J in the area bounded by

The public alley next north of and parallel to West 63 ^rd Street; South Lawndale Avenue; West 63^rd Street; a line 303.20 feet west of and parallel to South Lawndale Avenue,

to those of an RS2 Residential Single Unit (Detached House) District.
