Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LIFE STORAGE CENTERS, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, fourteen (14) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 325 W. Ohio St
Said Awning(s) at W. Ohio Street measure(s):
Four (4) at fourteen point five (14.5) feet in length, and one point seven (1.7) foot in width for a total of ninety-eight point six (98.6) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at W. Ohio Street measure(s):
Two (2) at thirteen point five (13.5) feet in length, and one point seven (1.7) foot in width for a total of forty-five point nine (45.9) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at W. Ohio Street measure(s):
Two (2) at fourteen (14) feet in length, and one point seven (1.7) foot in width for a total of forty-seven point six (47.6) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at N. Orleans Street measure(s):
Four (4) at fifteen (15) feet in length, and one point seven (1.7) foot in width for a total of one hundred two (102) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at N. Orleans Street measure(s):
One (1) at thirteen point five (13.5) feet in length, and one point seven (1.7) foot in width for a total of twenty-two point nine five (22.95) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at N. Orleans Street measure(s):
One (1) at fourteen (14) feet in length, and one point seven (1.7) foot in width for a total of twenty-three point eight (23.8) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
