A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE RETIREMENT OF U.S. BANK ENGLEWOOD BRANCH EMPLOYEES GERTRUDE E. MULDREW, LILLIAN GABA AND ALLIE B. BLACKSHIRE

WHEREAS, the U.S. Bank has an Englewood Branch located in Chicago's 20lh Ward that provides valuable and essential financial services to residents within and beyond the Englewood community; and
WHEREAS, the quality of services provided by U.S. Bank's Englewood Branch is a due to the excellence and dedication of its employees; and
WHEREAS, three of the U.S. Bank Englewood Branch's outstanding employees are retiring from their positions of responsibility and trust, namely Gertrude E. Muldrew, after 32 years of service; Lillian Gaba, after 31 years of service; and Allie B. Blackshire, after 14 years of service; and
WHEREAS, U.S. Bank will recognize and celebrate the contributions of Gertrude E. Muldrew, Lillian Gaba, and Allie B. Blackshire at a luncheon in their honor on June 11, 2011;
BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council, extend both congratulations and gratitude to Gertrude E. Muldrew, Lillian Gaba, and Allie B. Blackshire for their dedicated service to meeting the financial needs of Chicago's community residents; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Gertrude E. Muldrew, Lillian Gaba, and Allie B. Blackshire and their families.
