ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Official Police Parking in the 1st Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

• North Wood Street, from W Walton Street to the next alley north, east side, all times, all days

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries, Police Parking between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. shall take effect upon passage and publication.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon passage and publication.
