BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


Section 1:


The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for SINE QUA NON IV, LTD on 02/15/2012, and printed upon page 20781 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1092638 herein granted the sum of forty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($47.50) per annum in advance." and inserting in their place the words "The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1092638 herein granted the sum of ninety five dollars ($95.00) per annum in advance."


Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
