BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for THE FLAMINGO APARTMENTS on 09/08/2011, and printed upon page 7494 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"IRMCO PROPERTIES & MANAGEMENT CORP."

and inserting in their place the words "THE FLAMINGO APARTMENTS "

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
