BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


Section 1:


The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for THE COLUMBIAN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION on 11/18/2015, and printed upon page 14096 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"eighteen (18) Light Fixture(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1160 S. Michigan Ave

Said Light Fixture(s) at S. MICHIGAN AVE. measure(s):

Eight (8) at one (1) foot in length, point nine two (.92) feet in width and nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (0) feet above grade level.

Said Light Fixture(s) at S. MICHIGAN AVE. measure(s):

Two (2) at point zero eight (.08) feet in length, one point five (1.5) foot in width and nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (0) feet above grade level.

Said Light Fixture(s) at E. ROOSEVELT RD. measure(s):

Eight (8) at one (1) foot in length, point nine two (.92) feet in width and nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (0) feet above grade level."


and inserting in their place the words


"eighteen (18) Light Fixtures in the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1160 South Michigan Avenue.

Existing recessed directional up lights is flush with the sidewalk. Along South Michigan Avenue is ten (10) up lights. Eight (8) up lights each measure eleven (11) inches in diameter. Two (2) up lights each measure one (1) foot six (6) inches in diameter. Along East Roosevelt Road is eight (8) up lights. Each up light measure eleven (11) inches in diameter.

Grantee must allow at least six (6) feet of clear and unobstructed space for Pedestrian passage at all times.





Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
