AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF 3244-50 WEST BRYN MAWR LLC FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT 3244-50 WEST BRYN MAWR AVENUE.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 3244-50 WEST BRYN MAWR LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 3244-50 WEST BRYN MAWR

AVENUE.
