THE CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF THE ARCHDIOCESE OF CHICAGO Acct. No. 219574-1 Permit No. 1114679

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to THE CATHOLIC CHARITIES OF THE ARCHDIOCESE OF CHICAGO, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, Occupation of Space for Parking on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 338 N. Halsted St
Said Occupation of Space at N. HALSTED STREET (BENEATH THE HALSTED STREET BRIDGE) measure(s): One (1) at fifty (50) feet in length, and sixty-six (66) feet in width for a total of three thousand three hundred (3300) square feet. Existing occupation of space is an unimproved section of land beneath the Halsted Street bridge at approximately 338 North Halsted Street, is used as a parking area for visitors and employees of The Catholic Charities of The Archdiocese of Chicago.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development, Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development), and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1114679 herein granted the sum of one thousand two hundred sixty-seven ($1,267.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
