1529-37 WestFarwell Avenue
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofChicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 1529-37 W. Farwell Condominium Association, c/o Wesley Realty, 832 Custer Ave., Evanston, IL 60202, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 1529-37 West Farwell Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
