ORDINANCE
LOYOLA UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO Acct. No. 33471 - 32 Permit No. 1136399

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LOYOLA UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Caisson(s) encroaching under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 16 E. Pearson St
Said Caisson(s) at North State Street measure(s):
One (1) at one point three three (1.33) foot in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of point one one (.11) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately seventy-five (75) feet below grade level.
Two (2) at five point zero eight (5.08) feet in length, and one point zero eight (1.08) foot in width for a total of ten point nine seven (10.97) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately seventy-five (75) feet below grade level.
Three (3) at seven point five eight (7.58) feet in length, and two point zero eight (2.08) feet in width fora total of forty-seven point three (47.3) square feet. Said caisson shall be approximately seventy-five (75) feet below grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1136399 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
