BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. That the Director ofthe Department of Revenue, the E'irector of Special Events, and the Commissioner of Transportation are hereby directed to waive the 45 day advance period of Special Events, Food Vender License, Itinerant Merchant, Mechanical Rides, Water Fee, Streets and Sanitation Fee, in conjunction with Salem Baptist Church Carnival on private property known as House of Hope 752 E. 114"¹ Street Chicago, Illinois 60628.

To be held Wednesday, July 13, 2011 through Sunday July 17,2011
